Bob (Tu) Bui:
Tu is the Director of Operation, Vietnam of Carthage Global Ltd. He is an experienced Business Consultant with over 9 years of experience in project management, strategic consulting, startup & operation management and education in Australia, US, Japan, and Vietnam. He gathered a lot of investment experience from the acquisition process as co-founder of Wisdomland where he found the partner, pitched the investment strategy, and negotiated & closed the deal. In addition, he actively participates in all investment and fundraising activities of Altinus Capital as a Board Member.
For business management experience, Bob was Managing Director for a school with over 500 students in Sydney, after which he was Business Consultant and Project Director for a preschool in Ho Chi Minh city. Here his responsibility was to plan, build, and sell the school to a group of investors. Lastly, Bob was Project Manager for a software delivery service in Japan where he managed a team of 20 people, both onshore and offshore.
Thijs van Loon:
Thijs is a certified trainer, coach and consultant, with over 14 years of experience in the Learning & development field. Thijs worked for Google in Ireland as Solutions expert after which he moved to the Google Learning & Development team. Thijs spent the following 4 years teaching product skills, presentation skills and all kinds of customer service skills trainings.
After moving back to the Netherlands, Thijs developed the online training program for Bosch & Siemens Hausgeräte, after which he started working for Apple Computers as the head of training in the Netherlands in 2011. Thijs focused on Sales training skills in various forms (B2C, B2B, B2E) and on coaching and training the Apple sales staff to improve their sales skills.
In 2014, Thijs moved to the Apple EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, Africa & India) region as mentor trainer, where he was responsible for training all the trainers (over 200) in the EMEIA region on Apple’s sales training curriculum. Thijs is also a certified NLP (Neurolingiustic Programming) professional, having finished his practitioner and master training. Thijs applies this throughout his workshops and coaching sessions.
